During our last Coffee route in English, the Sensory day has been very international, with Alireza from Iran, three nice guys that are opening a new coffee shop in Istanbul, Judita from Malta, Wong from China (even if he is living in Great Britain), Maria and Efthymios Georgiou from Cyprus and Dawid, a real coffee expert from South Africa.
In the Sensory day we have started by tasting different kind of food to evaluate the different levels and kind of acidity, sweetness and bitterness. We have then assessed coffee in Espresso, brewing and cupping (professional a great cup tasting of coffee specialities! ready to be caffeinated?
Maybe the Idea to join a complete coffee course with a vacation in Italy, in the City of Florence, is not so bad? 😉
