How to get SCA certificates in Italy? In our school in Florence!

A lot, really a lot of certifications during our last 5 days in a row “coffe route” course. The numbers are impressive:

• 8 certifications Barista Foundation
• 2 certifications Barista Intermediate (for a German nice girls and a cool Canadian guy!)
• 2 certifications Roasting Foundation
• 2 certifications Sensory Foundation  (with two coffee farmers, from Guatemala and India!)
• 1 certification Green intermediate

The world of SCAE is getting more and more important in the new coffee culture, and the SCAE exams open new possibilities, even for who is looking for a job in coffee industry.
