The support our team gives is so structured:

• Get to know each other: a meeting is needed,either in our branch in Florence, or through a skype conference call, to get to know each other and to learn about the project.
• The choice of the location: at first we do it via mail, valuing locations with the street view system. Once the actual interesting settings are found, we visit the place in person, not only t o give a final evaluation of the location but also to understand the targeted customers we should refer to and, consequently both, the gastronomic offer and the interior design.
• The project: once you or an interior designer has outlined the project , we revise it together. At this stage we also organize the men and the communication , and we also provide an evaluation of the employees if needed.
• Before starting: We visit the location few days before the opening, to settle the last details.
• Once started: We visit the club after a short opening period, to understand how things are going and to make changes if needed.

 
THE COST OF THE PROCESS

We tried, when shaping the process, to organize it requiring the lowest number of trips, relying on the internet as much as possible, so that we limit your commitment and the trip expenses. Moreover, considering the needs of the different bartenders , and in agreement with our roasting shop, we present you two possibilities.
A cost for the consultancy for opening your club of 1200€ +IVA plus the trip expenses; obviously we can consider different supports and consultancies.

Otherwise

A contract for coffee supply for your new club of 2500€ ( corresponding to about 140-160 kilos).
Before signing obviously we provide you with a catalog where we reported the prices of all our blends, which you naturally could taste. Possibly you can create your own blend for the club with a personalized label . The contract does not expire, in the sense that the coffee can be ordered and consumed also across long periods, and naturally we hope we can establish long-lasting relationships with satisfied customers so that we could stay in touch even after the expiration of the contract.

Even at a later stage we remain at disposal even after the consulting process for the clients of our roasting shop.
